MN 55323 0066 <br />April 26, 1994 <br />Mr. Glenn Cook <br />2335 Highway 36 <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55113 <br />Dear Glenn: <br />At the April llih meeting of the Council, Gabriel Jabbour directed staff to determine how many <br />sewer units are available for the development of the northeast quadrant of the properties owned <br />by the Orono Shopping Plaza located to the south of Sixth Avenue North and on the east by <br />Willow Drive. llis question specifically asked how many units are available before <br />improvements are required to the existing municipal sew-er system. This, of course, wou <br />exclude developers’ responsibility for extending municipal sewer to the property from the <br />existing sewer main at Willow and i2. <br />Lundgren Brothers plan to bring in an amended proposal before the Planning Commtssion at <br />thetr May 16th meeting calling for a staged rezoning of the lower portions of the property to 1 <br />acre and the northern portion to 2 acres. Staff does not have a copy of the amended proposal. <br />You should contact John Uban at Dahlgren.
