The propeny owners have requested the City to partially <br />•dease the property from these conditions. The City Attorney has been working with the <br />property owners on this issue and has requested that the partial release be placed on the Council <br />agenda. The City Attorney will provide specific information on the requested partial release <br />including an explanation of why it is not reasonable to approve of the release.
