Mr. Bden <br />will build on Lot 1 Block 2 on the comer of Old Cry stal Bay Road and <br />Watertown Road. The lot currently has a gravel driveway from Watertown <br />Road that served the horse bam. <br />This request is necessary due to the fire/public safety' concern that the <br />building site has good access available for emergency vehicles. We believe <br />this lot meets all the requirements for safe access and is unique from most <br />new lots because of the existing driveway.
