Applicant’s lot <br />coverage is at 12.6%. Strucniral coverage is not an issue but applicant has decided to remove <br />shed in the rear yard. In the original reviews, the applicant had agreed to relcKate shed to meet <br />conforming side yard setback. <br />The original findings and hardships set forth in the enclosed resolution remain relevant <br />for the current application.
