CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLLTION OF THE Cm^ COUNCIL <br />NO. 8 4 1 _____ <br />i. <br />2. <br />Record plat drawings in the form of three (3) mylar copies (with one copy for the <br />City ’s records and two for filing with Hennepin County) and one (I) copy <br />reduced to 1" = 200 ’. Drawing to include: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin <br />and Gronberg. Inc. dated 12-1-93, most revised date 3-3-94. <br />B. Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" as noted in Item 3 above. <br />C. Designation and dedication of drainage easements over detention areas <br />within both the Dickey and Coffin parcels. <br />D. Designation of private road as outlot and Countryside Drive as public <br />road. <br />E. Dedication of Outlot A as public park. <br />F. Dedication and designation of drainage easements over all protected <br />wetlands within first phase plat. <br />G. Naming of plat. <br />Legal documents required: <br />A. Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage holders or <br />others with property interest indicated therein shall sign the plat and all <br />other documents affected by such interest. <br />B. The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded easements <br />currently affecting the property. <br />C. Signed and executed Drainage Easements to be taken over detention areas <br />within plat (see sample enclosed). <br />D. Signed and executed Developer ’s Agreement and Letter of Credit for site <br />improvements and construction of private and public roads, (see enclosed <br />sample of Developer ’s Agreement and Letter of Credit) <br />Page 7 of 9
