3. Engineering plans for public and private roads must be approved by the City <br />before any land alterations involving road improvements can begin. No building <br />permits will be issued until all drainage facilities have been installed and <br />approved, and a satisfactory road base completed. <br />4 Stormwater/detention ponds shall be constructed prior to commencement of any <br />other land alterations. These ponds shall be re-excavated to design elevations <br />after the project has been completed to ensure permitted sediment storage <br />capacity. <br />5. The designated wetland within Lot 7, Block 4 must be staked and erosion control <br />installed prior to the inslailation of a driveway to the site ot the fumre residence. <br />The fiimrc owner must obtain the required permit trom the MCWD as it will be <br />necessary to fill a protected mitigation area w’ith the construction of the drive. <br />6 The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before November <br />23. 1994 together with a certified original copy of this resolution aM executed <br />copies of the casements, deeds and covenants noted above. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall e.xpirc if the plat has not been filed by the <br />date specified above.
