City <br />Administrator, and myself had indicated that we would recommend the following restrictions of <br />the lake access to the Orono City Council: <br />1. Winter use only, for ice fisherman to have vehicle access to tlic lake. <br />2. fhe City would install a gate with a padlock at the road and at the lake. <br />3.
