Jerome <br />("Jerome”) are the owners of, and beginning December, 1990 have <br />had their residence on, the real property commonly known as 2605 <br />North Shore Drive, City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />("Jerome Property”). <br />2.Plaintiffs Craig A. Lindell and Jennifer J. Lindell <br />("Lindell") are the owners of, and beginning on June, 1992 have <br />had their residence on, the real property commonly known as 2655 <br />North Shore Drive, City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota (the <br />"Lindell Property”). <br />3.
