The final plat resolution has been drafted per the findings and <br />conditions set forth in the preliminary subdivision resolution. <br />Staff has included recent communications from Pat Dickey (E.xhibits C and D) concerning <br />the park outlot as staff has been advised by subdivider that they wish to discuss this matter. The <br />City is in receipt of the full payment of the park dedication fee for the first phase of the <br />subdivision ($42,478.00). <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution granting final plat approval of Old <br />Crystal Bay Road Addition.
