Mr. ® <br />pay rate is cu Jntly S.62 or 4.4% over the Public Work Maintenance pay rate. This will <br />require his base pay to be frozen for two more years. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve a lump sum payment to Jim Gregory in the amount of the 1994 pay <br />adjustment provided to the Public Works staff (2.75% of base pay).
