WHEREAS, the Cit/ of Orono believes that all the above <br />described property is property subject to concurrent detachnent and <br />annexation by resolutions of both said municipalities pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 414.061; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Orono: <br />1.That the above described property referenced to in this <br />resolution as Parcels 1, 2, and 3 be concurrently detached <br />from the City of Wayzata and annexed to the City of Orono, <br />provided that the City of Wayzata adopts a similar resolution <br />as to such detachment and annexation and that the Minnesota <br />Municipal Board orders the detachment and annexation. <br />2.That the above described property referenced in this <br />resolution as Parcel 4 be concurrencly detached from the City <br />of Orono and annexed to the City of Wayzata, provided that the <br />City of Wayzata adopts a similar resolution as to such <br />detachment and annexation and that the Minnesota Municipal <br />Board orders the detachment and annexation. <br />3.That the above described concurrenc detachment and annexation <br />of the above described property be effective upon the issuance <br />of the Minnesota Municipal Board's order, or at such later <br />date as provided by said Board in its order. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Orono on this <br />of _ _ __ 1994. <br />day <br />Edward Callahan, Mayor <br />ATTEST:
