List of Exhibits A - Application B - Applicant ’s Addendum - Hardship Statements C - Property Owners List D - Plat Map E - Request to be Scheduled at Council 5/23/94 Meeting F - Survey G - Floor Plan H - Elevations Description of Request At the time of Council s review of the recent conditional use permit for two accessory structures, the applicant introduced the issue of a need to relocate an existing concession/storage structure to an existing cement slab. Council was advised of the need for a setback variance for the proposed location. Council felt that since a variance setback had not been announced in the original public hearing notice that applicant would have to submit a new application and a new notice be published advising of a setback variance. Review Exhibits B & F, the school proposes the removal of an existing 8’xl2’ concession stand along the west lot line of the property. A new storage/concession building at 12’x24’ would be constructed on t.n existing concrete slab that is currently used for bleachers. The concrete slab is located 41 from the west prope^ line. Applicant asks that the structure be allowed to be placed at the western edge of the existing concrete slab so that there is adequate room for people to stand beneath an overhang above the concession stand, refer to Exhibits G & H.
