CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE Cm' COUNCIL <br />NO_______________ <br />1.Lois 39 and 43, Highwood Lake Minnetonka shall be legally combined prior to <br />the City issuing a building permit for the new construction. <br />Applicant to provide detailed grading and drainage plans with application for <br />building permit to ensure drainage follows existing pattern and to address the <br />stabilization of all disturbed higher elevations within street yard. <br />All improvements of this property shall be limited to 30% hardcover. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the propert)- not with the applicant, <br />but are permissive onlv and must be exerrisec by application for a building <br />permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will <br />expire on that date (May 23, 1995). <br />5. <br />6. <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constimte a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the <br />property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Miruiesota at a regular meeting <br />held on the 23rd day of May, 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
