Staff recommends the secoral choice. Deer Run Trail, as there is a Deerwood Lane within the City of Plymouth and would pose a potential conflict. Extension of the public road within the Dickey parcel shall be called Countryside Drive West in order to distinguish from the original Countryside Drive that accesses from Willow. If the West was not added to the name, this too could pose a delay in response time by emergency vehicles attempting to access propenies from Willow Drive. The developer is given the opportunity to either use the standard street signs provided by the City at a charge of $75.00 each or to install their own signage that would be subject to the special controls developed by the Public Works Department. Applicant should provide detail information on any proposed private signage for the Public Works Director ’s approval. A stop sign will be required at the intersection of Deer Run Trail at Old Crystal Bay Road and Countryside Drive West at Old Crystal Bay Road. The cost of a stop sign is $75 00. The developer must provide direction as to how they wish to proceed with signage for their property. Staff Recommendation MOTION: To approve the private road name of Deer Run Trail within the Coffin property portion of Old Crystal Bay Road Addition.
