In order to amicably, in a neighborly way ^esolvc any diflcrcnces we may have <br />with regard to our project, we hereby make the tolliwing agreements with you; <br />1.Wc will build the project according to the above-referenced nine pages of plans, if <br />approved by the City of Orono. <br />2.Understanding that the mass of our new house is greater than our old house, we <br />have done the best wc can to lessen the negative impact of that mass on your <br />property. You understand that we need a number of variances to be able to build <br />this new house. Wc revised the house design so that the lower level is, in fact, a <br />basement level which docs not count as a story. Thus, our new house is only two <br />stories tall according to the building code. Wc have also broken up the root and
