The south wall is located 14 feet <br />north of our south property line. The new deck on the west side of the house is <br />as shown on the Survey and Site Plan and conforms to Orono ’s average lakcshore <br />setback requirement, as well as being far enough back from the bluff under the <br />new bluff ordinance. <br />We agree to prepare and have approved by Orono, before commencement of <br />construction, a grading and drainage plan. <br />Based on our undertakings set forth above, we understand that you will not <br />oppose our request for variances at the Orono Planning Comr. ission meeting on May 16, <br />1994.
