The <br />siu is located on the east side of Uaf Street, south of the Luce Line, in the northwest <br />comer of Secticm 4. The majority of the lot drains north through a culvert and drainage <br />wale to a ponding area on the neighboring lot The culvert and swale function poorly and <br />for this reason we would recommend that no additional runoff be directed to the north. <br />Most of the existing house hardcover, downspouts and sump pump lines appear to drain <br />south and west to an existing culvert under Uaf Street near the southwest comer of the <br />lot We recommend that the future addition be equipped with downspouts. All downspouts <br />and sump pump lines should be directed south to this culvert where possible, to avoid an <br />increase in the runoff to the neighboring property. <br />Please contact me at this office if you have any questions regarding this matter. <br />Yours very truly, <br />BONESTROO.
