D <br />Front Yard Setback Varience <br />Our existing house, west wall is 23.3 feet from the street, side <br />property line (front yard setback). We would like to expand our <br />living room, which is 28 feet fron the west property line. <br />The only direction we can expand our living room is north. <br />We would like to followjthe existing living room west wall going <br />north for our addition . <br />Side Yard Setback Varience <br />Our existing entryway to our basement on the south side yard <br />is only 3 feetwide. To accomodate a split level entryway it will <br />require a 10 foot area.
