2. Detailed grading and drainage plans to be submitted with building permit <br />application. Drainage plans must ass* > irainage flows predominantly to <br />southwest culv'crt. Plans shall be reviewed uy City Engineer. <br />3. Garage to immediate rear of residence is to be repaired with the same exterior <br />material as of the principal residence. Repair of this struemre must be completed <br />prior to the issuance a Ccmficaic of Occupancy for the newly constructed <br />reskknee. <br />4 pjip construction of new residence shall be subject to construction standards set <br />forth in Municipal Code Section 12.05. Subdivisions 1 and 2. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the <br />applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a <br />building permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance <br />w " expire on that date (May 9, 1995). <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms aiKl conditions of this <br />resolution shall constimte a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />7.
