Inc. The property is located north of CSAH No. 6 in the southwest corner of <br />Section 26. The driveway construction involves the installation of a culvert crossing at an <br />unnamed tributary that runs generally from Holy Name Lake to Long Lake. The tributary <br />is a protected water under the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources. The <br />culvert installation will require a DNR Permit to Work in Protected Waters. The applicant <br />should also obtain approval from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. <br />We request that a copy of the DNR and MCWD permit applications, as well as all related <br />information, be sent to this office for our files.
