Crystal Bay Service <br />Fuel sales continue to be only marina activity in addition to automobile service <br />station operating under CUP Resolution ^1278 approved 5/27/81. <br />Generally has been in compliance with 7 operation standards. <br />Site/parking plan on file has generally been adhered to. <br />1975 landscape plan plantings which were 90% complete in 1977 have generally <br />deteriorated (some trees eliminated). <br />0 ner has leased a boat for tow service per attached November/December 1993 <br />documentation. <br />Ongoing issue is occasional illegal storage of Yames’ blue barge at gas dock - <br />requires continuous monitoring by City. <br />DNR has found preliminary evir' . .ce of possible leakage from underground fuel <br />tanks. MPCA is following up. ' j Ts at this site were recently registered with <br />MPCA. <br />Complaint of someone living in a bus on site last fall was unfounded. <br />B. Minnetonka Boat Works <br />• No complaints of record. <br />Appears to have been in full compliance with 7 operation standards <br />No proposed changes from past activity. <br />In compliance with parking and landscaping plans. <br />Has paid $100.00 late fee.
