At some point in its history, the resort became a year-round rental multiple dwelling use. The files would reveal that the y*® fully aware of that change in status and nevar sought another conditional use permit for the change in use. This change occurred sometime the Qsiriy 70's. The new owner (as of 1978) has maintained the cabins a grounds - we have received no complaints from neighbors except for one that was initiated by a tenant of one of the units. The applicant asks for seven slips for his seven rental units. the proposed dock layout. The proposal consists of . 56’ with four slips and the second at 38' with three slips.
