At some point in its history, the resort became a year-round <br />rental multiple dwelling use. The files would reveal that the y*® <br />fully aware of that change in status and nevar sought another conditional <br />use permit for the change in use. This change occurred sometime the <br />Qsiriy 70's. The new owner (as of 1978) has maintained the cabins a <br />grounds - we have received no complaints from neighbors except for one <br />that was initiated by a tenant of one of the units. <br />The applicant asks for seven slips for his seven rental units. <br />the proposed dock layout.
