No <br />additional improvements or changes are proposed with this <br />request. Staff has reviewed the previous lot line rearrangement <br />application, the following issues must be resolved with the <br />review of this current proposal: <br />1. Sewer connection. A condition of approval of the lot <br />line rearrangement was that the single family structure <br />would have to be connected to sewer. It would be staff's <br />recommendation that the existing school structure also be <br />connected to sewer. Originally, the school structure was <br />assessed 2 units for institutional use and such assessments <br />have been paid. The future usage rates shall be based on <br />the institutional use.
