Prior to tho i«soanc« of the Ccr ;.lf icatiB of Occupancy <br />for the conversion of the existing school struccure to a <br />single family residence on combined Parcels A and B, the <br />property must be connected to runicipal sewer, <br />3. All new construction or the newly created parcels must <br />meet the setback standards of the RR-IB zoning distiict and <br />all other p>ertinent sections of the Orono Zoning Tode. <br />4. Parking for the Art Center on combined Parcels C and D <br />are hereby approved as amended on the official site plan <br />approved by the City Council with this subdivision <br />application and that based on staff’s amendment to the plan# <br />the total number of stalls approved and provided with thin <br />review remain at (2 stalls. <br />$• Subdivider shall execute a Developer’s Agreement to <br />ensure that the parking expansion, screening/fencing# and <br />re-adjustment of exterior lighting is co*^pleted by September <br />1# 1989. Subdivider shall provide an acceptable form of <br />security to the City in the amount of $5,000.00 to be in <br />effect through November 15, 1989. <br />6. The subdivider shall provide the City with ar. executed <br />road and utility easement to le granted to the Hennepin <br />County Departs*ent of Transportation. <br />7.
