The property is located at the Northwest corner of Briar Street <br />and North Shore Drive (County Road No. 51). We have several comments in regards to <br />engineering matters. <br />The entire parking lot as well as the adjacent streets must be delineated on the survey. Due <br />to the intensified use proposed for the building, we recommend that the gravel parking lot <br />be paved.
