A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT <br />OF PHILLIPS WOODLAND TERRACE SECOND ADDITION <br />FILE NO. 1851 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono » a municipal corporation o^gani^ed and existing <br />under the laws of the Sute of MiniKSOta; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />rcgulatbns for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application of Paul R. Phillips <br />and Mary B. Phillips and Orono Woodlands, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation, <br />hereinafter the subdividers of a plat of a lot line rearrangement; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of ite RR-IB, <br />Rural Residential Zoning District, finding that each lot is of a size and configuration that will <br />allow its continued use without the need of any variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the platting <br />regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Approval of the vacation of drainage and utility easements over Lot 2, Block 1, <br />Eckstrom Addition and Lot 4, Block 1, Phillips Woodland Terrace per Resolution <br />#3332 as approved by the Orono City Council on September 27, 1993. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the plat of Phillips Woodland Terrace Second Addition, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br />1.Said plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County <br />Recorders Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before November 9, 1994 <br />together with a certified original copy of this resolution. <br />Page 1 of 2
