The private driveway owned <br />by the City will continue to serve both Lots 1 and 2. <br />Applicant should be asked to explain signage at entrance of private road <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve the two-lot subdivision of Robert and Elizabeth Melamed as proposed finding <br />all standards of the RR-IB zoning district and Shoreland Regulations of the City have been met, <br />subject to the following conditions; <br />1.Applicant to grant 5 ’ drainage and utility easements along shared lot line of Lots <br />1 and 2. <br />2.Payment of park ded Nation fee at 8% of the fair market value of the undeveloped <br />land.
