The current survey also reconfirms that <br />all setbacks conform to required setback and hardcover standards. <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the two lot residential <br />subdivision. The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the <br />Planning Commission approval.
