Part or all of the feature is located in a <br />shore3 ■»nd area; <br />B. The slope rises at least 25’ above the <br />Ordinary High Water Level of the water body; <br />C The grade of the slope from the toe of the <br />bluff to a point 25’ or more above the Ordinary High Water Level <br />averages 30% or greater; and <br />D. The slope must drain toward the water <br />body. <br />"Toe of the bluff" means the lower point of a 50 ’ segment with an <br />average slope exceeding 18%. "Top of the bluff" mf^ns the higher <br />ooint of a 50 ’ segment with an average slope exceeding 181. <br />3.
