Request for Couocil Action <br />Tandem Properties <br />April 21, 1994 <br />page 2 <br />3.Develop Outlot A as a residential lot with restrict! ns placed on the area within the lot <br />determined to be sacred land. <br />The developer has requested that Outlot A be removed from Phase 1 ol the subdivision and put <br />into Phase 2 to provide an opportunity for further consideration of the park land and sacred land <br />issues. <br />Staff has prepared two resolutions for Council consideration. The first reflects the direction <br />provided by Council at the April 11 meeting. The second resolution is similar, with the <br />e.xception that it reflects the developer ’s request to remove Outlot A from Phase 1 of the <br />proposed subdivision, and so does not address the issues related to Outlot A. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt a resolution approving the Tandem Properties subdivision
