MN 55401 <br />TYPE OF APPLICATION: Sketch Plan Review for PUD Rezoning and Subdivision <br />DATE OF MEETING:11/15/93 VOTE: No vote required of the Planning <br />Commission <br />The Planning Commission provided the following conceptual direction: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Proposed 58 unit density (one unit per acre) was not acceptable but that they <br />would consider a plan for reduced density. <br />All members concurred that the property because of its unique physical character <br />(i.e. water table, random location of wetlands, etc.) be developed as a PUD. <br />Per staffs recent meeting with Brian Olson, we will expect to see amended plans <br />providing lower densities for Council ’s consideration at their December 13th meeting. The <br />amended plan must be received no later than Friday, December 3rd before f/oon in order to <br />provide consulting staff with adequate time to review amended proposal. <br />Applicant ’s next scheduled meeting is confirmed at the December 13, 1993 Council <br />meeting.
