Any future development of the property that creates additional <br />residential lota using Outlet A for “c^ess will trigger th< <br />upgrade of Outlet A to the road standards in effect at tnat <br />future tine. <br />5. The applicant shall grant to the City an underlying road anc <br />utility easement over Outlet A. <br />6. Standard perimeter drainage and utility easements shall b< <br />granted over the entire plat. <br />7. Drainage improvements to the property shall be P*' <br />the drainage and grading plan as approved by the City Engineer <br />subject to a Developer ’s Agreement to be executed between the <br />City and the developer.
