Fencing shall be mainuined in place until <br />lots are developed. <br />The City shall require subdivider obtain drainage easement over drainage <br />ditch within Lots 2 and 3. Daniels Long Lake Heights. <br />Dedication of 33’ of right-of-way for Watertown Road. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br />weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of <br />the month. These submittals are as follows: <br />1. Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies (with one copy for the <br />City’s records and one for filing with Hennepin County) and one (1) copy <br />reduced to 1" = 2(X)’. Drawing to include: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffm <br />and Gronberg dated September 16, 1991, revised February 1, 1994. <br />B. Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" as noted in item 2 above <br />of this resolution. <br />C. Designation and dedication of drainage easements over detention areas <br />located in Lots 4 and 8. <br />D. Dedication of 33’ of right-of-way for Watenown Road. <br />E. Naming of plat. <br />2. Legal documents required: <br />A. Title opinion addressed to the City.
