If there arc <br />changes in the scope of the project, please contact us so that we may review our <br />recommendations and modify them if necessary. <br />We recommend that the location of the house be staked in the field. The horizontal <br />distance from the house to the base of the slope and the vertical distance be verified before <br />construction starts. The location of the house should be adjusted if necessary to keep the 1:1 <br />zone of influence of the footings inside the slope. <br />We used a survey prepared by Precision Surveys, Inc. as an aid in locating the <br />borings and estimatin g the elevation at the base of the slope. The elevations of the borings <br />were shot by Schoell and Madson, Inc. personnel using the benchmark set by Precision <br />Surveys, Inc.
