If <br />members seek additional information to assist in their determinations, please advise staff prior <br />to the meeting. It is stafrs intention to schedule this variance application before the Council <br />meeting on March 28th. <br />Options of Action <br />1. Approval as proposed requiring the approval of variances for the proposed house that <br />will be located within the bluff impact zone and within the required 30 ’ setback. <br />Application also involves the additional filling within the bluff impact zone. Planning <br />Commission should then recommend on type of reuining walls to be installed and type <br />of planting to minimize visual impact from lake level; or <br />2. Approval as amended. Amended approval may concern the following: <br />a. Possible street setback variance for relocated house. <br />b. Setback variance from top of bluff. <br />c.Depending upon the degree of filling needed with an amended proposal, filling <br />may end at the foundation at lakeside of stnicmre and a recommendation to install <br />grade level deck as opposed to a grade level patio.
