The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member John Maresh and, after full discussion thereof <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Schroeder, Franklin, Van de Ven, Maresh, Swanson, McKown <br />and the following voted against same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />UPON MOTION by John Maresh, seconded by Jim Franklin, the Board of <br />Education approved the appointment of Mrs. Marge Gasch and Mrs. Evy <br />Zacher to assist the clerk in preparing for and running the May 17, <br />1994 School Board election.
