H. Completed private covenant for lots involved with protected wetlands not <br />included within conservation maps of City and mitigation areas. The <br />covwiiants should include map and metes and bounds descriptions. <br />Covenants should be in a form suitable for filing. <br />3. Fees to be paid; Total due; S375.00***^ <br />A. Final plat fee = $175.00 <br />B. Legal review and filing fees for subdivision and associated documents = <br />$200.00 <br />Applicant must complete payment for private and public road fees. <br />Applicant is to contact Zoning Administrator for payment of first phase <br />development concerning road improvements. <br />Park dedication fee shall be determined as soon as City Assessor has <br />placed a fair market value on the undeveloped land at the time of <br />preliminary plat approval. The subdivider shall be advised as soon as <br />Assessor ’s report has been filed with City.
