Mabusth <br />Building and Zoning Administrator <br />City of Orono <br />Orono, Minnesota <br />Dear Jeanne, <br />Enclosed you will find a conditional use permit application for <br />relocating rav temporary greenhouse to the John HalIson property <br />at 120 Golden View Drive, As you are well aware I have been truck <br />faming in the city of Orono for the past three years, renting <br />property from Pat Dickey, Bob Suess and now John HalIson. <br />The previous three seasons my greenhouse has been erected on <br />Pat Dickey's land at 2645 Watertown road. As in previous years, <br />I will need to use a small greenhouse structure to help start <br />transplants for the spring. I would like to continue the same <br />arrangement with the 14 X 60 foot structure to be assembled the <br />25th of march and disassembled on or before the 15th of June. <br />Enclosed you will find a map with a more detailed discription of <br />the proposed location of the greenhouse. <br />Thank You for your consideration of the proposal. <br />Sincerely, <br />Dan R.
