1994 Joint Use Dock Licenses <br />March 9. 1994 <br />Page 2 <br />G. Pheasant Lawn Homeowners - 2790 Pheasant Road - 6 slips. <br />H. Foxhill Homeowners Association - County Road 15 across from Heritage Lane - <br />proposing 9 slips for 1994. Past licenses have been for up to 13 slips of the 16 <br />total that City would allow if the Foxhill Subdivision is ever fiilly developed. <br />Foxhill’s discussions with LMCD on dock layout in 1993 apparently have resulted <br />in a dock layout meeting LMCD requirements. <br />I. Walters Port Maintenance and Improvement Association - 2699/2701 Kelly <br />Avenue - 5 slips. <br />J. Sandy Beach Place - 3995 North Shore Drive. Originally 7 slips serving 7 <br />cabins, 1 cabin was removed and slips reduced to 6 in 1993. An additional cabin <br />burned in January 1994 and has been demolished, leaving 5 cabins. The license <br />is recommended and drafted for 5 slips to serve 5 cabins. <br />K. Nelson/Gage/Carlson - 500 Tonkawa Road - 9 slips. <br />Of 12 current joint users in Orono, only Big Island Veteran’s Camp has not submitted <br />a 1994 application to date.
