XTTa^cess to the 12-lot plat must be via the interior plat road. <br />Lot 2, Block 2 shall be served from the temporary cul-de-sac via a 15 <br />driveway easement through Lot 1, Block 2. Owner of Lot 1, Block 2 <br />shall grant temporary driveway easement in favor of Lot 2, Block 2 <br />until the adjacent private road is extended along the southern <br />boundaries of Lot 2, Block 2. <br />2. Prior to any land alterations for drainage or road purposes, the <br />following septic sites must be staked with fencing, such fencing to be <br />installed 20' from the boundaries of each drainfield test s e as <br />follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1 <br />Lot 2, Block 1 <br />Lot 1, Block 2 <br />Lot 2, Block 2 <br />Lot 1, Block 3 (southwest corner drainfield site only) <br />Lot 3, Block 3 <br />Lot 5, Block 3 <br />3. subdivider to grant underlying road and utility easements over <br />private road outlots (Outlots A and D). <br />4. Outlot A shall be installed as a 28' roadway with curb (urban <br />section). Temporary cul-de-sac shall be designated at a 100' diameter <br />with actual traveled turnaround at an 80' diameter. <br />5 Subdivider to grant conservation and flowage easements over all <br />wetland/flood plain areas defined at or below the 970 elevation. The <br />subdivider should also grant drainage easements over drainageways and <br />storm sewers not located within right-of-way of road outlots. <br />Page 3 of 8
