In early 1992 Mn/DOT developed corridor alternatives that included a <br />southern bypass. The two southern alternative routes have a major impact on the proposed <br />subdivision. Applicant has since requested extensions until the Highway 12 corridor matter is <br />resolved. Review Exhibit A, applicant now seeks a thiid extension as Mn/DOT advises that a <br />final decision will be made in 1995. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To approve developer’s request for a third extension of preliminary subdivision approval now <br />extending the effective date of preliminary subdivision approval to April 8, 1995. Council may <br />adopt the enclosed resolution; or
