5.Applicant shall fence off all protected drainfield sites prior to construction of <br />roadway and drainage improvements. Fencing shall be maintained in place until <br />lots are developed. <br />6.The City shall (not) require subdivider obtain drainage easement over drainage <br />ditch within Lots 2 and 3, Daniels Long Lake Heights. <br />7.Dedication of 33’ of right-of-way for Watertown Road. <br />The following list of fuial submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br />weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of <br />the month. These submittals are as follows; <br />1.Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies (with one copy for the <br />City’s records and one for filing with Hennepin County) and one (1) copy <br />reduced to 1" = 200’. Drawing to include: <br />A.Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin <br />and Gronl^rg dated September 16, 1991, revised February 1, 1994. <br />B.Dedication of ’drainage and utility easements" as noted in item 2 above <br />of this resolution. <br />C.Designation and dedication of drainage easements over detention areas <br />located in Lots 4 and 8. <br />D.Dedication of 33’ of right-of-way for Watertown Road. <br />E.Naming of plat. <br />2.Legal documents required: <br />A.Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage holders or <br />others with property interest indicated therein shall sign the plat and all <br />other documents affected by such interest. <br />Page 4 of 6
