MN 55331 <br />-------------—474-1113----------------- <br />March 12, 1993 <br />Ms. Rachel Thibault <br />Lake Minnetonka Conservation District <br />900 East Wayzata Boulevard Suite 160 <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />Dear Rachel: <br />Following is a summary'of‘'the'"araenitie3”which*will*'be provided <br />-during-'the'^l 993’^season that are required as a stipulation <br />of our multiple dock license: <br />1)Slip will be available as needed for Sheriff's Water Patrol <br />2)The syi.mming pool will be available for public swimming <br />lessone/€hrough Minnetonka Community Education ft Services <br />as weliCas a new service, a fishing launch for public charters <br />corapiet^with guide, equipment and bait <br />(See Board Action of 7/28/93) <br />3)Meeting room will available upon request and used tor <br />meetings and events by many of the same clients as in 1992, <br />namely the Excelsior Chamber of Commerce, Power Squadron, <br />City of Excelsior, Lions Club, School District 276, LMLOA, <br />LMCD, Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Historical Society and many <br />other corporate clients <br />4)Space will be available for charter boats with passenger <br />service (specifically a classic 1956 Chris Craft for pleasure <br />cruises, a 16' Lund for fishing excursions, a 24' Sea Ray <br />for small picnic cruises and the 1909 streetcar boat, the <br />Harriet) <br />5)Handicapped access to dock will be available <br />6)Lakeside deck pedestrian lookout will be available <br />7)Outdoor licensed food and beverage service will be available <br />seven days/week <br />8)Dock attendants will be always on duty to monitor dock <br />use <br />I hope this meets your needs, <br />please call immediately. <br />Sincer*fely <br />A. <br />If you have any further questions, <br />RECE.I'^hr> <br />MAR 13 1993
