Insurance coverage <br />was upgraded in readiness for charters. However, ail engines <br />needed repair before Hennepin County Water Patrol could certify then. <br />Consequer.tly, boats were not ready for lMCD licensing. <br />Though repair was begun on all boats, it was not completed before <br />the aid of the season.
