The list of eight required amenities, with <br />substitution of free charter cruises for underprivileged and <br />handicapped groups (100 people minimum) in place of the <br />swimming pool for swim lessons, is also attached. <br />It appears that item 4 relating to charter boat storage and <br />service was not met in 1993.
