Strommen: <br />RE: MULTIPLE DOCK LICENSE APPLICATION, MINNETONKA YACHT CLUB, <br />PERMIT #77-6521, CARSONS BAY (#34), LAKE MINNETONKA (27-133P), <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY <br />We have received the public hearing notice for a new multiple dock <br />license application from the Minnetonka Yacht Club for an <br />additional 20 mooring slips to the marina. <br />Before any work is done on the proposed changes, the Minnetonka <br />Yacht Club must amend DNR permit #77-6521 to accurately reflect the <br />proposed dock configuration and the number of slips which will <br />exist at the marina. A letter requesting the amendment of the <br />permit, a statement justifying the proposed changes, a plan <br />aepicting the proposed dock configuration, and an amendment fee of <br />$75.OC (made payable to the Department of Natural Resources) must <br />be submitted to this office before DNR permit #77-6521 can be <br />amended. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this multiple dock <br />license application.
