RESOLUTION TO AMEND PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS <br />FOR 1992 (YEAR XVni) OF THE URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono through a joint cooperation agreement with <br />Hennepin County is a participant in the Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block <br />Grant Program, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono held a public hearing on February 14, 1994, to <br />consider public comments on a proposed amendment to the Year XVin Urban Hennepin County <br />-Statement of Project Use of Funds. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Orono amends the Urban Hennepin County - <br />Statement of Projected Use of Funds for Year XVIII by reallocating $2,736 from Park Planning <br />#53098 to Housing Rehabilitation #53099 and authorizes submittal of this amendment to <br />Hennepin County. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 14th day of February, 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
