A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT <br />OF SUNSET OVERLOOK <br />FILE NO. 1818 <br />WHEREi\S, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has SKlopted subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, tlK City Council has considered the j^lication for a subdivision of <br />a Class in plat by Trcs Lund and Dario Anselmo authorized representatives of the Russell Lund <br />Estate and Barbara Lund Estate, hereinafter the subdividers; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been founu to meet all standards of the LR-IB, <br />Lakeshore Residential Zoning District, finding that each lot is of a size and configuration that <br />will allow either its continued or future use as a single family residence to be fully developed <br />without the need of any variances; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 23, 1993 Council approved Resolution No. 3317 that <br />vacated a sanitary sewer easemeiu that intersected the property finding no further public purpose <br />or use; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the platting <br />regulations of the City, including; <br />1.Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 3277, the resolution <br />granting preliminary approval of the Class HI subdivision. <br />2.Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />3.Execution of a Developers/Subdividers Agreement providing for either the <br />installation, completion of the following improvements as a condition of <br />subdivision approval: <br />Page 1 of 3
