It doa not ii^ude slash or woody vegetadoa, so long as the slash or woody vegeution originated from <br />vegeUtion growing in the wetland and doea not impair the flow or drcolation of water or the reach the weUand. <br />LMFACT <br />'Impact* means a ktss in the quantity, quality, w biologtcal diversity ctf a wetland caused! by drainuig or filling. <br />IMPACTED WETLAND <br />An impacted wetland is a wedand that has been drained m filled, partially or whdly, and is subject to replacemenc <br />DITRODUCED HAYLAND <br />Tntrodoced Ha^and* means an area devoted to the production of forage and cultivated in a rotadoa of row crops or <br /><mall grains or with introduced or native spedes at least twice during the 10 year period prior to the date <br />of the of this act unless it can be cr>uflin>ul by photos (a records or verified by a certified plant ecologist. <br />These areas must be harvested by mechanical meuiods at least two years during the period January 1,1981 to January <br />1, 1991. These areas are considered to be in agricultural crop produ ction.
