Glean Cook, has indicated to me he feels stronf ly that Orooo sbouW <br />take over as LGU, and not jive up control to MCWD. Howev-er, staff is cooccnied diat our <br />acting as LGU forces the City to be the ‘protector* of those Type 1 through 3 wetlands not on <br />our current maps, which is coMrary to what I perceived as Council’s direction a month ago... <br />For the moroeat. MCWD is our LGU. We need to come to a conclusion as to whether <br />this will be a contmumg status. Please advise Jeania and I how/when you wish this prcseaied <br />to Council.
